
This tutorial is written in PSP X .
Needed:
Supplies in zipfile.
Put the font in your font folder
Put the selections in the PSP selection folder
Put the tubes and images in a folder of choise.

There I explain how you can make your own stairs.
Also you can download a stairs-tube without the trees, so you can add your own background
1. Open a new BLACK image=> 900x400 pixels.
2. Layers - new rasterlayer
For the next step we are using colours from the main image,
in this case the escalator:
You need a very bright and a somewhat darker color from this image
3. I chose for the light, bright colour => a yellow shade: #EEE888 and
for the darker colour I used=> lightbrown: #986132
4. Make a radial foreground/background with these colours, using
settings below:
5. Selections - load from disk: Yoka-sel-Fall
6. Floodfill -floodfill the selection and the opacity =>80
7. Swap your material, make your backgroundcolour
your foreground colour=> #986132: lightbrown and set your
backgroundcolour to a very dark colour from your image
I choose: #060300
8. Make a foreground/background gradient with these colours
using settings below:
9. Layers new rasterlayer
10. Selections - load from disk and load Yoka-sel-Fall2
11. Floodfill - floodfill the selection with the gradient
12. Selections - select nothing
13. Effects - Penta.com - jeans using settings below;
14. Swap your material, make your dark colour your foreground colour:

and this is how your foreground/backgroungradient looks like:
15. Layers - new rasterlayer
17. Selections - load from disk Yoka-sel-Fall3
18. Floodfill - floodfill the selection with your gradient, click a couple of times
in the selection
19. Selections - select nothing
20. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow, using settings below:
21. Layers - merge - merge down
22. In your layerpallet: duplicate this layer
23. Image - mirror
24. Open the image Herstplaatje GROOT
25. Edit - copy
26. Edit - paste as a new layer
27. Put the blendmode on soft light and the opacity on 53------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The 2 little - autumn - pictures for the left wall:28. Open the 2 horizontal jpg images
( the images provided already have the right size=>193x125 pixels)
If you are going to use these, continue at step 3329. In case you prefer using your own image smake sure they have the same size.
30. You can crop the images if there is too much background,
you can use the croptool
31. Resize the pictures, height=> 125 pixels width=>193pixels:
32. Adjust - sharpen - unsharp mask:

33. Both pictures: add a 5 pixel border with your lightbrown colour: #986132
34. Magic wand:OUTSIDE (=>buiten)ADD(=>Toevoegen(Shift)
35. Both pictures: select the 5p. border
36. Effects - 3d effects - inner bevel - use settings below
(both pictures of course):
37. Now DE_SELECT both pictures

38. Activate image 1
39. Edit - copy
40. Edit paste on your 900x400 image as a new layer
41. Deformation toolor D on your keyboard =>
preset=> Yoka-fall-1
42. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow - same settings43. Activate image 2
44. Edit - copy
45. Edit paste on your 900x400 image as a new layer
46. Deformation toolor D on your keyboard =>
preset=> Yoka-fall-2
47. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow - same settings
48. Layers - new rasterlayer
49. Selections - load from disk; Yoka-sell-Fall4
50. Effects - Alien Skin EyeCandy5 - Impact => Chrome
Find preset Yoka-Fall-chr and
click OK
51. Selections - select nothing
52. Layers - merge - merge visible53. Effects - Illumination effects - lights and find preset: yoka-BrightLightFall
Please pay attention!!!
You can use the escalator tube provided in the zip , but if you want to create
your own stairs, click HERE !!!! ;-))
(example: see screen below)
If you don't want to make your own stairs, you can continue.
54. Open the tube Yoka-lesFall-escalator (or your home made stairs LOL)
(if you want to use a different background in the escalator-tube,
different trees, or only clouds, you can download the escalator-tube
without background or colour, here you can select the empty space
and paste the image of your choise into the selection)
55. Edit - copy
56. Edit - paste as a new layerIf you are using your "own" stairs, then you first have to crop it
with your croptool
then you can go on with steps 55-56
57. In your layerpallet:duplicate this tubelayer
58. Image - flip - and with your move tool
you drag the flipped tube beneath the stairs or escalator
(see example given below)
59. Opacity of this layer: 36
60. Layers - merge - merge visible----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BackgroundA. On your keyboard Ctrl C and then Ctrl V
Resize this copy; image - resize;
use settings below:
B. Effects - xero - porcelain: all colour channels => o
C. Adjust - blur - gaussian blur=> 9
D. Effects - xero - artworx use settings below
E. Effects - image effects - seamless tiling;

F. This is the result:

G. Save it as a jpg file in folder of choise

Let's continue with the 900x400 image
61. Open the tube Yoka-Blaadjes
(if you use your own stairs, skip steps 62 - 64)62. Edit - copy
63. Edit - paste as new layer
64. Effects - image effects - off set =>use settings below:
65. Your foregroundcolor is still your very dark colour and set your
background to a light color from your image
I chose; #cbb791
66. Text tool: font => Street Writer - size 24 pixels
Press your Shift-key if you want to write words, you do not have to use the
shiftkey if you want to write numbers
67. Type : The fall of a leaf is a whisper to the living or write your own saying.
it has to look like graffiti a bit
68. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow with following settings:
69. Image - free rotate:
70. With your move tool you drag the text to the right (see screen) :
71. Image =>add borders =>2 pixels with your lightbrown colour: (#986132)
72. Image =>add borders =>58 pixels with your very dark color (#060300)73. Magic wand: INSIDE(=binnen):
select the 58 pixel border.
74. Layers - new rasterlayer
75. Go back to the image Herfstplaatje GROOT
76. Edit - copy
77. Edit - paste in selection
78. Effects - graphic plus - page curl:
79. Effects - graphic plus - horizontal mirror
80. Effects - graphic plus - vertical mirror
81. Selections - select nothing
82. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow use settings below;
83. Repeat the dropdshadow but this time vertical ánd horizontal on 2
84. Effects - graphic plus - old photo
85. Opacity=> 81
86. Open the tube Yoka-Girl-and-Dog-lesFall
87. Edit - copy
88. Edit - paste as new layer and with the move tool you put the tube in
it's place( see screen):
89. Effects - 3d effects - dropshadow:
90. Effects - AlienSkin EyeCandy5 - Perspective Shadow ,
find the preset Yoka-lesfall-sh =>click OK
91. Image- add borders 1 pixel with your lightbrown colour: #986132
92. !!If you are going to use the gorgeous script Annemarie wrote,
you have to resize your work because of the falling leaves:!!
You must use the settings given below
Image - Resize:
93. Adjust - sharpness - unsharp mask:
94. Save it in a folder of choise as a jpg=> now you can fill out the script.
